Very nice experience. Had a 2 hour or so trek up and down the mountains beside the Ourika valley waterfalls with a private guide Khalid for the two of us. They took us to a Berber house too and we also saw how argan oil is made. A basic three-course lunch was included (except drinks), and the transport was directly from the riad in Marrakech. All for 700 dirhams for the 2 of us.
